Emotional Lifejacket Course

An all-day practical course – more like a workshop at a woodland retreat centre.

We will introduce resources that are all about supporting your emotional and physical wellbeing. This will include:

Ideas for improving your sleep

Gentle yoga postures for beginners. Option to sit or stand

Discovering the benefits of aromatherapy

Mindful walking, with rest stops along the way

Each participant will receive an emotional life jacket course kit.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

All courses run from 9am to 3pm
