Looking After Your Mental Wellbeing Course

The waiting list for this course is closed at present, but here is some information about the course. We will announce on this website and also on social media when we are in a position to accept new applications for our courses.

This is a five-week course for people over the age of 18. Together we will explore:

The concept of “mental wellbeing”

Your mental wellbeing journey so far, a journey that is lifelong for everyone

Stepping stones for looking after your mental wellbeing, as you move forward with your life

This course will consist of peer support and some teaching. It is suitable for people who are okay with listening/talking and being seen within a small, confidential space. Reading material will be shared before the course starts and used each week during group activities.

Warwick Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale

The SAMH website has a test that allows you to measure your mental wellbeing. The test consists of 14 questions and only takes a few minutes to complete.
