  • As we move back into the Hub and a face to face environment, your safety, and that of our staff and volunteers, are of the utmost importance to us. We will therefore be conforming to the requirements of the Government’s NHS Test & Protect system.

    If you develop Covid-19 symptoms, you must inform NHS Test & Protect, giving our contact details below:

    If any of our staff or volunteers, that you may have been in contact with, develop symptoms, we will pass your name and contact details to NHS Test & Protect so that you can be contacted. We will not pass on any confidential information relating to your visit to the Hub; only your name and contact details.

    We ask for your agreement not to attend the Hub if you have even mild symptoms of Covid-19, and to adhere to all the social distancing measures in place whilst you are present within the Hub. For insurance purposes, we also need your agreement that you will not make any claims linked to coronavirus.

    Anyone with symptoms of Covid-19 should go online to nhsinform.scot to book a test. If you cannot get online, please call 0800 028 2816. You should then self-isolate at home straight away, along with other members of your household.

    Symptoms of Covid-19 are new:

    • continuous cough
    • fever/high temperature (37.8C or greater)
    • loss of, or change in, sense of smell or taste (anosmia)
